What are processed Meat?
Processed Meat is meat that has undergone a process to preserve. We put preservatives to extend its shelf life. Generally, most processed meat is unhealthy for we cannot control the ingredient added to it so it can lead to us eating more than the recommended amount.
We categorized Processed meat to the following:

- Bacon and ham.
- Corned beef.
- Smoked meat.
- Dried meat
- Canned meat.
Most packed and canned meat has a nutrition label, If we are nutrition-conscious we can at least control the intake of added ingredient to the processed meat. We believe that eating processed meat is always associated with an unhealthy lifestyle. Here is why, if we are not health-conscious tend to eat more processed meat, Thus, we are getting a high risk of consuming added preservatives or flavoring more than the recommended diet.
