How To Return An Item

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products and gift cards cannot be returned.

If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly

Return Exceptions

Perishable food that has been damaged, spoiled due to poor storage and customers negligence will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Refunds (if applicable)

We will inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
